Magnesium Mist. So I wanted to tell you that my sister is 77 yrs old and had shingles last January and my husband had shingles a year ago September and both still get pain from having the shingles. Since the Magnesium Mist worked so amazing on me, I went over to my sisters and sprayed it on her back and shoulders and she said it was stopping the pain while I was rubbing it in. In about 3 minutes she could raise her arm up over her head with no pain. So when my husband was getting ready for bed he sprayed some on where his shingles were still painful at and stopped his pain in seconds. 11 hrs. later still pain free.
